The Battle of Manari was fought[1] in 19.5 BBY[2] as part of the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and an anti-Republic force[1] on the Expansion Region[3] planet Manari. Jedi General Roan Shryne was one of the combatants present, and his second Padawan died during the fighting. As a result of his Padawan's death, Shryne changed, becoming disillusioned about the war and losing hope in the Jedi Council.[1]
