Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A battle at Ixtlar was one of several taking place between the Republic's Victory Fleet and the Separatist's Bulwark Fleet. The battle was inconclusive as the Bulwark Fleet remained a threat, forcing the Victory Fleet to pursue it further.

Behind the scenes

Though the chronology is understood, the precise date of the battle is somewhat unclear, as The New Essential Chronology bases its dates on a 12-month year instead of the Galactic Standard Calendar, describing the Foerost campaign as taking place in "20.1 B.B.Y. (1 year, 11 months after the Battle of Geonosis)".[1]
