Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

In 3962 BBY,[2] during the Mandalorian Triumph period of the Mandalorian Wars, a battle occurred in the Koler system on the edge of the Deep Core when the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders tracked the Hammerhead-class cruiser Sanctuary to the system where it had been hidden by Jedi Master Val Isa. The Sanctuary had been repurposed as a mobile hospital and Jedi Temple, but as the Mandalorians pushed into the Core Worlds, Isa hid the Sanctuary in the Koler system to protect her students.

The fighting claimed Isa's life and destroyed half of the Sanctuary, but she held off the Mandalorians long enough for her students to escape. One of the Mandalorians' Basilisk war droid was damaged during the fighting and remained on the wrecked ship, activating every few years for brief periods.
