Baraboo was a planet[5] in the Core Worlds, along the Hydian Way.[1] This world was the site of the Institute for Sentient Studies, which contained the most comprehensive collection of neurological models in the galaxy.[7][5] From this world came a species of aquatic beings known as the biomold.[6]
Some 12 years after the Battle of Endor, the cyborg Lobot accessed the institute's records, searching for a clue to decipher a puzzle aboard the mysterious ghost ship called the Teljkon Vagabond.[7][5]
