Bakur Ring

The Bakur Ring was the outermost of the three concentric districts of Salis D'aar, capital of the Wild Space planet Bakura. The district was used primarily for service and industrial work, and was also known as the "Red Ring" due to the color of its streetlights. The Salis D'aar Penitentiary was located within the district.^[1]
