BD-148 was an elite Skytrooper, a type of battle droid used by the Eternal Empire of Zakuul.[2] In 3636 BBY,[1] it was one of many deployed on Darth Marr's flagship during a battle with the reconstituted Sith Empire.[2] In the main engineering deck, it was destroyed by the enemy combatant who later became known as The Commander, and Darth Marr.[2]
Behind the scenes
BD-148 appears as an enemy in Chapter I: The Hunt in Knights of the Fallen Empire, a 2015 Digital Expansion to the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic.[2] BD-148 was originally named Skytrooper ZEM-53EB, as can be seen in the early playthroughs of Chapter I, but the droid's name was changed by the time of final release.
