A BARC-ing permit was a permit issued to Biker Advanced Recon Commandos. It made sure that their BARC speeders were not towed, ticketed, or destroyed by a proton torpedo. One of these was collected by Poe Dameron in a vehicle guidebook.[1]

Behind the scenes

The BARC-ing permit was mentioned in the 2022 non-canon reference book LEGO Star Wars Awesome Vehicles.[1]
