B1 Unit 699 was a B1-series battle droid active during the Clone Wars on the planet Akiva, where they were destroyed.[2] In 3 ABY,[1] glitching BX-series droid commando ND-5 saw memory issues and called for B1 unit 699 to respond as he passed his remains.[2]

Behind the scenes

B1 Unit 699 appeared in "The Legacy" quest of the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft.[2]
