Ayelowa Kefarra was an individual who was the chief justice of the Galactic Empire^[1] by 19 BBY.^[2] She had been appointed to that position by Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine. Senator Bail Prestor Organa of Alderaan planned to have former Confederacy of Independent Systems operative Soujen Vak-Nhalis testify in front of Kefarra on Coruscant about the lies spread by the Empire regarding the Jedi Order.^[1]
