During the Imperial Era, the Sith Lord Darth Vader, alongside a crew that he had assembled, attacked the Sub-Headquarters of the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate on Laecor. The attack was part of Vader's quest to eliminate Crimson Dawn, which had operatives throughout the galaxy, including within the bureacuracy of the Galactic Empire. After locating and entering the base, Vader examined records of Crimson Dawn agents, learning how far they had infiltrated the Empire.[4]
