Ata Walpa was a fictitious planet envisioned by the human Izal Garsea when she was a child living on Batuu. As a child, Garsea wanted to be a senator of Ata Walpa and give it's citizens unlimited puffed candies and no forced bedtimes.[1] In 34 ABY,[2] when they were now both nineteen years old, Garsea's former childhood friend Julen Rakab reminded her about Ata Walpa during a conversation, which made Garsea laugh.[1]
