Ashur Sungazer was a Human male scholar specializing in Galactic History at Phelar University on Eriadu. He had a special interest in the history and legends of the Jedi Order.
Biography
Ashur Sungazer was a small child at the conclusion of the Clone Wars, so his entire memories in life have been during the reign of the Galactic Empire. Yet from a young age he became interested in legends about the fallen Jedi Order, which he had been raised to believe as myths. As a young man, he traveled on many expeditions, scouring the Outer Rim for information. In spite of Imperial propaganda that portrayed the Jedi as delusional or simply frauds, deep down, Sungazer wanted to believe in the noble legends of the Jedi as guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy.
