Asht Skil was the author of Left Beneath the Snow: Rebel Grief on Hoth, a work that focused on the Alliance to Restore the Republic's defeat by the Galactic Empire on the planet Hoth[1] in 3 ABY.[2] In 35 ABY,[3] the historian Beaumont Kin recommended Skil's work in[1] his[4] book, The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire.[1]
