Ashsap tree

Ashsap trees were a type of tree. During the rebellion on the Outer Rim planet Akiva[1] in 4 ABY,[2] the Zabrak bounty hunter Jas Emari smashed the head of the Ithorian bouncer Herf into a wall at the Alcazar cantina. Emari watched him topple, and thought it appeared similar to the felling of an ashsap tree.[1]

Behind the scenes

Ashsap trees were mentioned in Aftermath, a 2015 novel written by Chuck Wendig as the first installment in Star Wars: The Aftermath Trilogy.[1]
