Arkanian blinders

Arkanian blinders were a type of headgear developed by the Arkanians to filter out infrared-light when traveling to worlds with suns that are high in such electro-magnetic energies. The Arkanian species was highly sensitive to IR light and thus needed technology to prevent 'ocular-overload'.
