The Arhan were a sentient near-Human species most of which had thin, frail bodies with long features. One Arhan had light-colored skin, hair, and eyes. Arhans identified as belonging to at least one—female—gender.[1]

Many years prior to the time shortly following the Battle of Yavin, the female Arhan Filice Ginzork, who was a skilled slicer, met a Human who, at one point, served in the army of the Galactic Empire before disappearing in action and later resurfacing under the assumed name Peert Ginzork. Filice and Peert eventually married, and the Arhan woman, together with her husband, the Sullustan pilot Keal Roscon, and the Klatooinian mechanic Baarak Kalaim constituted the Shield—a corporate security organization whose members were also secretly Rebel Alliance operatives. During the Galactic Civil War, the Human Alliance general Airen Cracken added an entry dedicated to Filice Ginzork to a datafile detailing various Rebel operatives, although little was known to the Alliance about the slicer at that time.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Arhan were created by Rick Olshak and were introduced in Cracken's Rebel Operatives, a 1994 West End Games sourcebook published for use with Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game. In the book, the Arhan Filice Ginzork was illustrated by Mike Vilardi.[1]
