Arden Ring

The Arden Ring was the innermost of the three concentric districts of Salis D'aar, capital of the Wild Space planet Bakura. The Salis D'aar central archives and High Court of Bakura were located within the district, which was used for public building. The district's street lights were blue-white, which gave it the nickname of the "Blue Ring."^[1]
