Arbiter was a high-ranking position among the Mandalorian culture.[1] In 3626 BBY,[2] Mandalore the Avenger promoted Jekiah Ordo to the role of Arbiter to serve as the leader of the Mandalorian Trat'ade in her absence, while she hunted for the Mandalorian rebels known as the Hidden Chain.[1]
