The Annex of Kespan, named after Gavail Kespan, was the oldest ruin on the planet of Sarkhai, which was on the verge of collapse by 3641 BBY. A Sarkhai guild asked the Sarkhai representative in the Galactic Republic Nadia Grell for permission from the Galactic Senate to demolish the ruin and build a new spaceport on its site.[1]
