The Anaxes shipyards were shipyards vital to the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars located on the planet Anaxes. The Confederacy of Independent Systems sought to claim these shipyards during the Battle of Anaxes. As a backup plan, the Separatist army had also planted a bomb in the facility near the fusion reactor, the detonation of which could potentially destroy the entire planet. After ARC Trooper Echo sent out a feedback pulse that shut down all ground forces on Anaxes, the Harch Admiral Trench enacted the backup plan, activating the bomb. Jedi Masters Mace Windu and Obi-Wan Kenobi ordered their troops to evacuate the assembly complex before Windu tracked down the bomb and deactivated it with the help of Echo and Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker retrieving the code to do so.[2]

Star Wars Helmet Collection 2 places the destruction after the end of the Clone Wars. So it can be assumed the event occurred in 19 BBY around the end of the war.
