The Anaxes canyon[3] was a canyon located on the planet Anaxes. During the Battle of Anaxes, a Republic gunship was shot down by Separatist DSD1 dwarf spider droids and crashed in the canyon. Clone Commander CC-2224 was injured in the crash, but Clone Force 99 combated the Separatist forces using Plan 82 and allowed the Republic forces to continue with their mission to infiltrate the Cyber Center.[2]

- ↑ Ultimate Star Wars, New Edition establishes that the destruction of Anaxes occurred after the Battle of Anaxes but before the end of the Clone Wars which Star Wars: Timelines both dates to 19 BBY. Star Wars Helmet Collection 2 places the destruction after the end of the Clone Wars. So it can be assumed the event occurred in 19 BBY around the end of the war.
