The Amulet of Kalara was a Sith amulet infused with dark side energies and supposedly had the ability to make the possessor invisible in the Force.

The Sith amulet was constructed sometime around 1960 BBY.[1] When felt through the Force, it radiated a malicious glee.

As a test by Lumiya, Jedi apprentice Ben Skywalker was tasked with retrieving the amulet from the collection of art and artifacts found in Lando Calrissian's Tendrando Arms facility on Drewwa, a moon of Almania. However, before Skywalker reached it, the amulet had been stolen by Faskus Olvidan of Ziost. Nevertheless, Ben Skywalker ultimately retrieved the Sith artifact successfully and brought it to Jacen Solo along with a Sith Meditation Sphere.

Behind the scenes

When asked of whether the Amulet of Kalara would reappear in future Star Wars material in 2007, Star Wars: Legacy of the Force editor Sue Rostoni stated that she thought "[t]he amulet, itself, was not that meaningful," and that it is unlikely to be seen again in the future.[2]
