Aluminium or aluminum was a malleable and ductile metal. It was also an excellent heat and electricity conductor, a light material and a good corrosion-resistant material. It was the basic element for forming Agrinium, which was applied to droid armor.
Aluminium, along with sodium and magnesium, comprised the majority of the planet Columus' core.[1]
