Alien Enclave

An Alien Enclave was a special district of the city of Voss-Ka on Voss that was reserved for outsiders and off-worlders. Outsiders were not permitted into Voss-Ka proper, so the Alien Enclaves were constructed for the off-worlders. The Ambassador Commons near the Tower of Prophecy was one such Enclave.
