Lord Alferon Choots Bemming was a wealthy male inventor who was heir to the Bemming Shipping fortune, and owned and was the CEO of Bibliotron Systems, a droid design company on Coruscant. He spent much of his personal time at the company, and was known to program droids himself, including P-RC3. The Bemming family also owned one of the largest private libraries of hard-copy books in the galaxy, with a collection of over seven million volumes.[1]
