Alfar Sholt was human who was the owner of multiple casinos in the city of Canto Bight. Sholt often bought up the debts of others, subsequently forcing them to work in the casinos. While spectating a fathier race at the Galanx Casino, Sholt was assassinated by the sniper Just Lucky, who had been sent to eliminate the target by the Sixth Kin criminal organization.^[2]
