Alexander Julstan IV

Biography

Julstan governed the Arkanis sector during the Galactic Civil War. He was once the owner of Twi'lek dancing girl C'ar L'andara until she escaped.^[2] It was known that Julstan used the services of Ketton spy Derrida.^[2]
