Alekie Island menagerie

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This menagerie was a building located on Alekie Island on the planet Wielu. Crime boss Shon Ti'Ja used it as his headquarters, and it contained several dangerous creatures—a sloat, a snake-like creation; several saberfish kept in a water-filled pit; and at least two other unidentified species. These creatures had been taken from their natural habitats because they were considered too dangerous to remain once resorts were built across the planet^[1]

In 20 BBY, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and smuggler Rook Pryce went to the menagerie in search of T'mott Zoat, a dangerous criminal that Kenobi has been pursuing. They received a tip from information broker Bricka Thomor that Zoat had been hired by Ti'Ja and was hiding at the menagerie. However, Thomor betrayed them by informing Ti'Ja of their arrival, and Ti'Ja prepared an ambush. He set his creatures against them, but the two emerged victorious and imprisoned him inside one of the glass cells.^[1]
