Alderaan Endures was a starship that was active during the Imperial Era. First Engineer Josiah Diar was a crewmember of the vessel and had designed the shields of the ship. At one point, Diar proclaimed that there was no need to worry about the shields as Diar designed them and as such they would hold. The starship was named after[1] the planet Alderaan, which was destroyed by the Galactic Empire.[2]
