Abyss was a binary star with Byss in the Byss and Abyss system of the Outer Rim. The planet Byss[3] orbited the star in a unique figure-eight pattern.
The planet Byss had a hot and arid climate with unbearable temperatures that reached their apex when the planet passed between its two suns.
