A Rotkan visa stamp in the High Galactic alphabet on an Intergalactic Passport
AC-21 was a sector in the Euclidean Complex in Rotkan. Visitors to the Euclidean Complex had to have visas stamped on their Intergalactic Passports in order to enter Rotkan and were to be accompanied by guides at all times. In addition, all visitors' belongings will be confiscated during this time.
