The A-rack was a type of small military carrier which resembled a wheeled A-frame, with a center-mounted engine and an E-Web heavy repeating blaster for defense. They were used by the Empire of the Hand and in 8 ABY, the Empire deployed three A-racks during an attack on the planet Quethold, against the combined forces of the alien warlord Nuso Esva and the Quesoth species. During the battle, the A-racks were used to carry three stormtrooper squads into the Red City on Quethold, where the stormtroopers engaged a large number of Quesoth Soldiers.
