The 3HX3 timer mine was a model of land mine manufactured by Conner Ship Systems.
Description
The 3HX3 timer mine was a simple land mine produced by Conner Ship Systems. The mine was equipped with a number of explosive charges, and outfitted with a repulsor-field sensor and a life-form sensor. When either sensor detected a vehicle or soldiers, the 3HX3 launched one of its explosive charges. Each charge could reach a height of three meters and was extremely potent. The charge was capable of severely damaging enemy vehicles such as landspeeders or AT-ST walkers, or wiping out an entire squad of troops.[1]
History
Rebel vanguard divisions carried 3HX3 mines during the Galactic Civil War.[2]
