Don't @ me again...
What exclusives. Name them
Could you not @ me for every post you make? I check the discus forums every other day, so I'm sure to notice it.
And I don't really think the catalogs contains exclusives. Sure it has exclusive names, and *maybe* a few exclusive changes (different songs for example), but otherwise is near identical to the US version.
Good find, I'll add this to my ever growing list of things I gotta do here.

For those I translate it, but leave the translated one as a sub-article with a notice saying that it has no official English translation available.
I actually did not know VTech had web series based of there toys like Leapfrog did.
Go ahead, it'd be a nice change of pace from the typical toy articles I've been doing!
Noticed 90% of the toy articles on this wiki all have song lyrics as most of the page, and I think doing this could clean the site a bit.
Reply if this change should happen or not, I can't seem to find the poll option on here anymore.
Could be an interesting idea.
It's of a laptop that features a detachable screen. I have no idea if it ever released.
Application said it was filed 2/10/2003, and had it's last update (publication) on 8/12/2004.
It's one of the only ones without any VTech flair to it, what should the image/text be?
Pretty sure it's real since for one it was on a well known online store for Persian items. Also if it were a fake it would be WAY more obvious since I honestly don't think anyone has the skill to make a fake that looks like a real cart.
Only thing is we don't have a dump thanks to proxy shipping from Persia to anywhere like the US being pretty difficult. Was unable to find one before the listing dissapeared.
"I don't know if this happen on the normal V.Smile, but on the V.Smile Motion, if no cartridge is inserted, the startup screen loops endlessly."@Groovz Original V.Smile consoles does the same thing also. Only ones that don't are some revisions that will instead show a screen saying to insert a cartridge.
@Lvethomasfan234 Care to share them?
I'm currently working on a video talking about strange and odd facts relating to the V.Smile, and was wondering if any of you knew of any.
Some notable facts I've got so far are;
While the VTech brand is well known for never having violence, some Chinese V.Smile games like ABC Park Adventure has one of the puzzle icons you must identify be of a soldier holding a rifle. I think this only shows up in more advanced modes.
One of the most obscure mascots from VTech is this unknown CGI fish which can be seen in one commercial for the V.Smile Motion in Europe (likely France).
That jingle heard when completing a Learning Zone mini game in ABC Park Adventure is sampled from "Der Fuehrer's Face" by Spike Jones which btw is a anti-Nazi song from when everyone was trying to fight back against the Nazis in WW2. Yes, this technically means that a V.Smile game references WW2, even if it is a technicality.
The door sounds from Doom (1993) are used in The Batman Gotham City Rescue game. (I know it's really a stock sound that both games used, just lemme have this one)
Most of us (likely) did
Interesting claim, I'd have to look through the music of both the GB games, and this item to see similarities. Know what specific songs from the game appeared in the German version of the toy?
It's difficult to say, though it could be true as with the case of 101 Dalmatians on the V,Smile from old announcement documents from the site talking about the plans to bring the franchise to the console.
That document can be found here, mentioned in the "V.Smile Pocket" section. You can quickly find it by using CTRL+F and typing in "101 Dalmations" in the text field that appears in the corner of your browser. I think that proof of this Bumba game can be discovered by finding a similar old document from the Spain/French side of VTech via the Wayback Machine site.
The time it took to find just that info for the 101 Dalmatians game took 4 hours of straight digging, so these hunts will take a while.
I think that may have just been the German version of the Playtime Bus since both have very similar designs and features, just branded off a series in the German version you mentioned.
No one knows other than the name shown there as the German alternative "Untitled Bumba Game".
