The game takes over 17 hours to complete, and that's just the main story, so I'd say no because they'd have to cut a lot of content to make it as long as the average movie.
No. He has six movies, maybe hundreds or thousands of comics about him, two Clone Wars shows, an appearance in the Obi Wan show, many novels, and an appearance in Star Wars Rebels. We don't need a show about him, we have plenty of Vader content.
