It means part 2

Can't really say bad batch, all though we met some new people, it was mostly about characters from clone wars (and rebels ). Visions comes 2-1, since only one episode actually had non original characters in it, and they were on the sides doing dances. Rebels is high and so is clone wars, but both did have some non originals as plot points and feature more than once.
