Jaina Solo was named the "Sword of the Jedi" for her exceptional dueling skills, survived the Yuuzhan Vong War, slayed the Yuuzhan Vong Warmaster Tsavong Lah, and became a master pilot like her dad and later led Rogue Squadron, and she was just a teenager. She was an accomplished mechanic with extensive Force abilities, including telekinesis, mind tricks, and healing. Eventually became a Jedi master and a member of the Jedi Council. Jaina is a true Skywalker-Solo worthy of the name
EU Leia was the chief of state/chancellor of the new republic for a time, became a Jedi knight, came to terms with her heritage, became a loving wife to Han and mother to three kids, even named one of her sons after her father despite their history. I swear it's too easy to stick with the originals/eu versions
At least in legends it remained in the family, even if Mara wasn’t married to Luke yet
Legends Luke always!
I want to see more Luke and Ahsoka!
Luke will always be my overall favorite Star Wars character, OT and Legends version I mean of course! A perfect hero’s journey story, despite losing numerous times he always gets back up and doesn’t give up or lose hope, makes mistakes but learns from them and gets better, and despite discovering his dark heritage he still remains good showing blood doesn’t define you. From farm boy aspiring pilot to founder and Grandmaster of the Jedi Order, truly an amazing character
Luke and/or Leia, I want to see them with Ahsoka for obvious reasons
I myself haven’t been one since 2019, maybe 2017
^good to know it’s not just me
Finn should’ve been a Jedi! That’s all I’m gonna say about that!
Thanks
What issue is this? From which series?
It really wasn’t hard to figure out when Ahsoka fought “Ventress” in that warehouse, not to mention who was giving her all her leads
I’m the kind of fan that combines legends and canon into what I see as the perfect Star Wars story. So to me legends is canon. Sure not everything lines up but overall it works
Actually you’d be surprised how many people have been getting into the legends these days. Every now and then someone asks what the best starting point is, what is essential, what book(s) to read about a certain character or era. Star Wars is Star Wars regardless if it’s canon or not. Also there’s always gonna be “issues” nothing is perfect. And I don’t know what books you read, but in case you didn’t notice the original Jedi order definitely had its issues
I have a better solution, read the legends books because those give Luke the characterization and the story he deserves
Leia was referring to a wampa, the same creature that took Luke in the beginning of the movie. And yes that is the imperial hierarchy
I love NJO Jacen and Ben Skywalker
Disney needs to come up with their own stories and characters rather than using legends as some kind of recycling bin
In legends, Luke allowed/encouraged his Jedi to get married and have families outside the order, made it strictly voluntary, you could come and go whenever you wanted, study the force at your own pace, not to mention they worked WITH governments rather than for them so they operated with their own autonomy and weren’t following the orders of politicians. Legends no question
