Yeah only a few episodes were noticeably out of place for me. If you're a huge minor detail nerd you might be bugged, but if you're like most people, just watch them in release order and you'll never be the wiser 😊

It depends on what time you are talking about when you say "still alive" This page has a list of Jedi who survived both Order 66 and the subsequent Great Jedi Purge, although some died after the Purge (like Yoda).

The fact that Ahsoka doesn't take the Inquisitor's lightsaber crystals in the show seems to indicate pretty clearly that they are separate events.

Actually, that time period isn't well-explored in Canon, so I think many elements from Legends could be incorporated.
I like the cutscenes on Fallen Order, but there are a lot of them, and for people who have already played the game and want to get straight to the action, I think that would be reasonable.
