First of all, premiering the series with a 70-minute episode is a perfect way to get us ready for what's to come. Nothing is rushed, as we are already somewhat acquainted with Clone Force 99.
Next, I'm a little hesitant about the character Omega, a young clone who follows the group. She is obviously an altered clone, just like the rest of the clone force, so it makes sense she would feel the most comfortable around them. I feel like they are imitating Ashoka's first appearance a little, but we will have to wait and see how her character develops.
Finally, the show is littered with cameos, something I'd never dislike. Saw Gerrera and Kanan Jarrus are the most noticeable, but I'm glad to see this. It's a way to perhaps tease future cameos and appearances.
Overall, it was a great episode, filled with action and surprise. I'm excited to hear your thoughts on the Bad Batch premier! Oh, and May the 4th be with you!
