Lucas made Star Wars. Whether it is appropriate for children or not, it is 'supposed to' for children. But everyone can enjoy.

voice was done by jones and physical acting credit is given to other actors as well. I think the only 'character acting' he did was just few seconds in the last episode. so despite being a big fan of him, I wouldn't really say it was that good (the scene itself was good, too, but it's basically copying rebels vader again it was nothing new)

Yes, but I don't think they should make one. Because I feel like Vader's story is pretty much complete thanks to works like darth vader comics. And if they make a his own show they will have to create something else new entirely, which I don't think they will do a good job at.
