I mean it’s not like the Fifth Brother who has some motivation in becoming Grand Inquisitor and screwing over Reva. But 4th literally does nothing and has no purpose.
Not sure if you all were thinking this too but I am 90% confident the Raiders were rogue Clones.
They wore Clone Armor
They shot blue blaster bolts
If you look closely, they move like Clones
Umbara set a precedent for Clones unwittingly shooting other Clones at the behest of a superior.
Technically yes. But the Tales from Vader’s Castle series has… questionable canonicity in my eyes and she looked WAAAYYY different in that. And the one in TFVC wasn’t even the real deal, just a Rebel in disguise.
I mean it’s not like the Fifth Brother who has some motivation in becoming Grand Inquisitor and screwing over Reva. But 4th literally does nothing and has no purpose.
Mainly because it shows the clear difference between the two, and how Maul was always going to win. After a quick exchange of sabers at the beginning, Vizsla realized he couldn’t take Maul in a straight up duel, so he used every underhanded trick in his arsenal to win. His jetpack, blasters, flamethrower, razor blades, etc. Meanwhile Maul was surprisingly very composed in this duel because he wasn’t just fighting to kill his opponent, but earn the respect of his men. To that end, he NEVER used the force a single time and instead used his wits and quick thinking to counter Vizsla’s gadgets.
My Headcanon is, if he wasn’t arrested, Hardeen either became depressed after a Jedi stole his face and ruined his reputation or was a frequent contract Jedi killer by the Empire.

While this episode was a BIG step up over the last two, I do have some issues with it.
Namely, how a LOT of bloodshed could have been avoided if the Path members had just ran. I mean, Obi-Wan said he’d buy them time and they just STOOD THERE. Like I get you guys wanted to make a stand. But at the same time, you do know what “buying time” means, right? Additionally, did the writers just forget that Obi-Wan has the force? Even a smaller force push would have bought the Path more time.
But those are just nitpicks. This episode is definitely better than the last two. Hopefully it can keep up the momentum into the finale. Finally, thank the MAKER we can shut up about the GI being dead!
Almost everyone immediately:
Like don’t get me wrong, I’m glad they’re more interactive with the fanbase. But some of these tweets are kind cringe.
Fifth because, as mentioned above, he’s not that bright in Rebels and could easily screw up and give me an opening to either escape or kill.
^On the first point, I agree that the CIS is not inherently evil… except for a few bad apples (Dooku, Grievous and Gunnray namely).
@Aragorn Skywalker of House Stark Did you also notice the Purge Troopers had the same blaster sound as the Death Troopers from Rebels?
Frankly the Galactic Republic because it was mostly composed of corrupt self serving politicians enforced by a Jedi order who have long since lost their way.
Honestly my biggest question from the episode is…
Who is Wade and why should I care?
Like seriously, the other members of the path were on screen for like a minute and they expect me to care when one of them dies?
”BUT THE X-WING PILOTS IN ANH ALSO HAD VERY LITTLE SCREENTIME.”
Yes but they had an entire EU to flesh them out as characters. We literally just met the Path and all we really know is that one of the members had a force sensitive wife who was taken. And he’s not even the one who died.
Ok Prediction time:
IMO episode 4 is going to be one that people really love or really hate. That’s because I think it will primarily take a break from the story to focus on Reva’s backstory. I mean, Kenobi needs time to heal and she has somebody in the form of Leia to tell it to.
Now I feel it’s important to say that my opinion that this episode could be hated because of Reva’s backstory is not, I repeat, NOT motivated by hate or racism. I think that way because it some might feel like it’s taking away from time that could be spent on Obi-Wan (like the Mando episodes in Book of Boba but not as egregious).
But honestly I personally would welcome the backstory. Certain things about Reva, like her knowledge on Vader’s identity, her obsession with Kenobi, her ambition, etc. So I wanted to offer 2 potential backstories for Reva that I think could be interesting.
Backstory 1, the Probable One:
Reva was indeed one of the Younglings from the opening scene. She personally sees Anakin massacring the Jedi but doesn’t have much time to think about it as her and other Younglings are captured and converted into Inquisitors. Her knowledge of Vader is explained by her putting two and two together and her hatred of Kenobi comes from wanting to appease Vader by killing the Jedi who turned him into what he is.
Backstory 2:
Like the Grand Inquisitor said, Reva was a street urchin who (IMO) lived on the lower levels of Coruscant. During the Clone Wars, she would see holotapes of the exploits of the Jedi during the war. Specifically, of Obi-Wan’s triumphs over General Grievous. Maybe also how he thwarted an assassination attempt on Chancellor Palpatine by impersonating a Bounty Hunter? Or how he thwarted a hostile takeover of a diplomatic ship from Mandalore on route to Coruscant? But regardless Reva would begin to idolize Kenobi through the recordings and it would give her hope and let her strive to be like him with her innate force abilities. However when the war ends she intercepts Obi-Wan’s message from ROTS telling the Jedi to not return to the temple. After hearing this, Reva begins to see Obi-Wan as a coward who couldn’t stand up against the Empire. These feelings are further amplified when she’s discovered by the Empire and converted into an Inquisitor. In this version, however, her knowledge of Vader’s true identity is not explained.
TL;DR: Backstory one is predictable but explains more, backstory 2 is more compelling but explains less.
Also just thought of some Aurebesh for the boss fights.
Mission 1- Eighth Brother: They Fly Now?
Mission 3- Inquisitors: Notorious Jedi Hunters.
Mission 4-
Seventh Sister: Pretty One
Fifth Brother: Stupid One
Eighth Brother: One with Weird Powers
Maul and Vader- Same as main story.
The Grand Inquisitor- Not so Friendly Ghost.
Awhile back, I made a post detailing what I thought would be some good DLC ideas for the new Lego Star Wars game. But I recently had another thought, a DLC level pack (which Lego has done before) on the Rebels Twilight of the Apprentice episodes. Why this? Because I feel it would fit the preexisting 5 mission structure of Skywalker saga well, introduce new characters and vehicles, and give the animated series more representation. But with that out of the way, I’ll break my idea down into sections starting with.
Overview:
New characters- Kanan Jarrus (normal, blinded, Temple Guard Helmet), Ezra Bridger, Ahsoka Tano (Rebels), Chopper, Darth Maul (Old Master, Old Master no hood), Fifth Brother, Seventh Sister, Eighth Brother,
Side Quest only character- Hera, Sabine, Zeb, Old Rex, Grand Inquisitor (Dark Side, Temple Guard).
Planet- Malachor
Ships-TIE Advanced V1, Phantom.
Side Quest only Ship- Darth Maul’s Nightbrother, Phantom 2.
Levels (note, I don’t have any clever level names):
Mission 1- You play as Ahsoka, Kanan, and Ezra as they just arrive on Malachor as they try and catch a fleeing Eighth Brother. It will play out similarly to the Phasma boss in the Last Jedi level where you need to use the environment to take him down. Eventually, you would play as Chopper who has taken control of Eighth Brother’s TIE and deal the finishing blow to him. After the mission, Ezra is separated and the TIE Advanced V1 becomes available to unlock. The miniship for this mission is also the TIE Advanced V1.
Mission 2 (Ideally, this mission title would be another Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul reference to keep with that theme for Maul)- You play as Maul and Ezra as the navigate the Sith Temple. Avoiding traps and eventually obtaining the Sith Holocron. The Holocron will eventually be used as a key to open the doors back out of the temple. After the mission, the miniship unlock would be Maul’s Nightbrother. No characters or ships.
Mission 3- You play as Kanan, Ahsoka, Ezra, and Maul in a 4 v 3 boss fight against each of the Inquisitors. It would be similar to the Praetorian Guard and Sovereign Protector/Knights of Ren fight in the sequels where each Inquisitor is a section of the health bar. After the fight, the Inquisitors flee and the miniship reward is the Phantom (I’m out of ideas for miniships).
Mission 4- You play as the same 4 characters as they scale the outside of the temple. The groups are separated into Ezra and Maul and Kanan and Ahsoka. After finishing their puzzle, Ezra and Maul have a fight with the Seventh Sister. After Kanan and Ahsoka finish their puzzle, they fight the Fifth Brother. Finally, after the two groups reunite, they all fight the Eighth Brother. After the mission, Ezra goes up to the top, Maul betrays the group and blinds Kanan, and all of the Inquisitors are available to unlock and the miniship is the ISD Chimera (got to include Thrawn somehow).
Mission 5 (I think a cool title for this one would be “A Tale of Two Siths” based on the Charles Dickens book “A Tale of Two Cities”)- The party will be separated into two groups, Ashoka and Ezra fight Vader at the top of the temple while Kanan (with the Temple Guard mask) and Chopper (who arrived in the Phantom just before) fight Maul. I know this isn’t exactly how it went in the show but just roll with it. After the mission, Kanan (Blinded and Temple Guard Mask) become available for unlock. The miniship reward would be the Sith Temple because if a Gonk Droid can be a ship so can this.
Side Quests:
As part of the open world, Malachor would have 2 character related side quests. The first is given by the spirit of the Grand Inquisitor (the good one) who wants you to defeat his evil half so his spirit can be set free. This pulls from the Star Wars comic run where Luke fights the spirit of the GI who Vader condemned to haunt a Jedi Temple. After fighting him and reporting back, both GI’s become available to unlock. As a quick note, I think it would be funny if during the fight, evil GI comments how his head shape is off, referencing how fans reacted to his look in Kenobi. The second mission is given by Hera who wants you to find Sabine, Zeb, and Rex after they get separated. After finding them, all of them (including Hera) become available to unlock.
Ok that’s it. But just one more thing. All the Rebels VAs would reprise their role. Mando Ahsoka will get a voice (voiced by Ashley Eckstein) and the GI will be voiced once again by Jason Issacs during his quest.
^hm yeah. An even better place for Maul to set up shop (even if it wasn’t his home).
