Darth Vader did die. After he was restored, which is tragic with the whole skywalker saga in mind.
All the clones are black or brown or whatever you want to call it, and they have a humongous, front and center role in two Star Wars shows. I wouldn't say black main characters are underrepresented but Finn definitely was more of comedic relief than the mighty Mace Windu and charismatic Lando Calrissian.
Sabine is a Mandalorian, not a jedi. To me it seems the decision to make her force sensitive was just a clickbait-style attention grab.
Monks describes the Jedi more accurately than it does the Sith in my opinion. At different times in their history each organization has strayed from being a monk order to a cult and back again.
