You could easily have someone like the CIS, or Eternal Fleet just use waves of drones to hyperspace ram everything into submission. Might be expensive, but it's basically guaranteed victory...until everyone starts building Galaxy Guns, and Hyperspace Lasers.

I can believe that response regarding the movies, but tell me Clone Wars and Rebels don't have a few"duh" moments where people seem to forget that they have Force Powers.

Yeah but... there's just so many examples (in the animated shows *especially* ) where they have plenty of opportunities to use pushes/pulls/throws/whatever to stop pursuers, people dying, etc...but don't because...I guess they didn't feel like writing around a bit of simple Force Power usage.
