Did anyone read this book? What were your thoughts? I was a bit underwhelmed…I think it just goes with -the more you explain something the less cool/impressive it seems…I don’t normally buy into plot armour but it seems like this really applies to Thrawn…his tactics based on art and culture are pretty far-fetched in my opinion and the way Yiv behaved at the end was kind of dumb…I really hope the next two books (which I haven’t read yet) are better

The Sewuel Trilogy started off well with Force Awakens (though it was quite similar to New Hope)…Last Jedi was when it really took a turn and Rise of Skywalker tried to make up for that but might have ended up doing more harm than good
Darth Maul’s death was very sad and poetic
I don’t know I sort of hit a turning point after I read Treason…I did not like how the ending was handled…like I said I hope the last two are more to my liking

Chass Na Chadic being rescued in space is one of this things that I roll my eyes at though.
Did Yrica Quell really “unlock” a Sith temple? If so that was quite disappointing…would have hoped Sith temples were more specific to well…Sith (or Force beings)
So the Messenger does talk…though it seems like it’s just a recorded message.
I did like that it wasn’t just another Rebel victory.
Did anyone read this book? What did you guys think? It was a decent read with a different vantage point to events we had already seen. I liked Palpatine’s scenes. I think the role of the handmaidens was a bit overplayed though.

I understand what it is but I only want to invest time on canon…I think had I been invested in what is now “legends” prior to Disney buying out the rights I would’ve been very bitter as a fan
I see it as fan fiction…I stick to canon
I really enjoyed Andor…it’s as good if not better than Mandalorian in my opinion..I like the seriousness of it…and how it peeled open the layers of rebellion and particularly the Empire…brilliantly done
I think Ahsoka was wrong to leave…the Council was being unbiased in their investigation as they should’ve been…it would sick personally nit protocol needs followed and its the only was to conduct a true investigation…she really let herself down in my opinion
Did anyone read this book? What were your thoughts? Overall I thought it was pretty ‘generic’. Not bad not great. Running from the First Order and regrouping is pretty redundant in the book. Rylorh’s role was anticlimactic.
Andor is a really good show…Star Wars is now providing quality plots with quality acting…Boba was OK…Kenobi I didn’t like…but this and Mandalorian along with the conclusion of Clone Wars have all been amazing

Did anyone read this book? It was tame but I enjoyed Kate’s journey on learning how to deal with the Force. The visions were pretty cool cause it made you relive the events as a reader. I did wish Naq Med would’ve given more sage advice and talked more about his experiences but since he gave up so much and was in a self-imposed exile it was interesting to see that even he (as a former Jedi) wasn’t immune to Imperial propaganda

Season 1 was bad enough…no need to extend this any further
I enjoyed Galaxy’s Edge as well…could not ride Rise of the Resistance cause we had our little ones with us and they couldn’t get on and I also didn’t feel like riding by myself…Kylo Ren asked my son directly if he wanted to be his apprentice and my sons reaction was priceless as he was quite scared…later Rey was walking down the street and interacted with my son As well asking him if he had seen the First Order around. Infortunatley I didn’t read Black Spire until after our trip otherwise it would’ve made it a cooler experience
Did anyone read this book? What we’re your thoughts? I enjoyed the read. Reminded me of Lost Stars to an extent. Plus I like how it intertwines somehow with Black Spire (though I didn’t like that book)…having visited Galaxy’s Edge it adds an extra layer of immersion to the experience…interesting that almost the entire story took place in one day as well
I was just at Galaxy’s Edge and had just started reading this book…it would certainly have been a neater experience had I read it beforehand…immersing yourself in that world is pretty cool…but I wasn’t too entertained by the book itself
Did anyone read this book? I was underwhelmed as it become repetitive as to how the First Order is supposed to be feared and how powerful they are yet they keep finding dumb ways to lose to the rebellion. I like that it introduces the world of Galaxy’s Edge but other than that I didn’t find it a great read

I think Bader should’ve won the duel clearly and left Kenobi in a dead/dying state so he leans ho
just like ale obi left him in Revenge of the Sith …Kenobi ‘accepts his fate’ and Qui-Gon appears to him fo ally and reminds him of Luke and Leia and eventually Kenobi relents and is able to move rocks to escape
That would’ve been much better for me…Vader losing to Kenobi time and time again doesnt do it for me…similar to how Maul loses every duel
