Here are the four most important characters behind the previously mentioned deuteragonists, who are less important than the 7 main protagonists.

Padmé is the tritagonist of the prequel trilogy and due to being the mother of Luke and Leia has an impact for the rest of the franchise.

Bail Organa, Mon Mothma and Rex all appear various times in both the Republic and Rebel era, with the former two being the overarching protagonists of the Rebellion era and Mon being the overarching protagonist of the New Republic era.

Clone troopers in general are the tritagonists of the franchise due to it being the third main group behind the rebellion and the Jedi, with Rex being the most prominent being under Anakin and Ahsoka’s leadership during the Clone Wars before being a key player in both the clone underground and rebellion.

Dooku, Boba, and Asajj could also count as the third main characters, but they spent a majority of the time being evil, so that instantly disqualifies them from any protagonist scale at least within the whole entire franchise.

But Mace Windu always was condescending to Anakin even as a little boy and never really gave him a chance to prove himself growing up. He was also remorseless for kicking his Padawan out of the Order.

The main protagonists of the whole franchise go as follows:

• Anakin (prequel trilogy turned the secondary antagonist of the rest of the franchise)

• Luke, Leia, Han (original trilogy)

• Rey (sequel trilogy)

• Obi-Wan & Ahsoka (both recurring)

Now these characters listed here on the poll are also the main characters, but are more of secondary characters in comparison. Mace Windu is the most important character behind Anakin and Obi-Wan in both the prequels and TCW as his horrible influence to Anakin was one of the reasons he became Darth Vader. The other 3 serve as the secondary characters for the rest of the franchise.

Barriss probably reconciled with Ahsoka considering that she’s sending a few people to a person for sanctuary and Ahsoka was living in a village with various different people at the time, but that has yet to be confirmed.

Anyway I pick Maul because he’s like the polar opposite of her in every single way.
