Being attached to the Republic. Especially since the Jedi always bailed them out.
I love Bane for his personality. A social darwinist who doesn't exclude himself from his philosophy.
Cuanto te extraño.
How are you here? I would think you'd come here after.
The guy was already fucked up before he knew he was force sensitive. So, he still would be a bad person.
Absolute King.
Yeah, I have to agree, bleeding actually makes sense and it explains the consistency. Plus it's easier.
The High Republic is a specific segment of the Ruusan Republic.
That's Appo
Ahsoka, awesome.
Bane, nice.
^ The Jedi always had problems because of the Republic before and after Ruusan. Whether it was the Mandalorians or the Republic getting taken over by a a racist cult. The Republic always made life hard for them.
All I can say is, watch Starship Troopers as the explanation.
The guy is inevitable.
Watching it the first time, I didn't know what to make of it. I thought I liked it, but after the sequels ended, I realized that I hated it. It's not the worst, but It's very dependent on mystery boxes to keep people invested and it just doesn't end well. That's not even getting into the further systemic problems behind the scenes.
Palpatine ran over, and tortured people for fun. He was a spoiled brat and thought of himself as the peak of power but always wanted other to do his dirty work. Bane believed that the rule of two should continue even after the Jedi and Republic were overthrown. Bane was a social darwinist, but he didn't exempt himself from it while Palpatine was a coward.
The division should be between Dathomirian Zabrak vs Iridonian Zabrak.
The Ruusan Republic is very difficult to measure because of the Sith not being a direct threat. The Jedi mostly dealt with smaller scale threats during that period, which includes the High Republic segment of the Ruusan Republic. They were probably stronger as a structure, but politically and militarily, they were pretty weak. Which may have been a good thing, but it did make them vulnerable as the last couple decades leading up to the Clone Wars showed how outnumbered and spread thin they were to be able to react to any conflict.
The better the fanfic, the more it depresses me.
As much as I criticize TLJ, and I will. It didn't make me question every single decision I made that got me to that point.
