Probably this one with Maul.
Never had an issue with the Titan, as once you get lightning…zap it 😈
Missed 5, been skipping too much dialogue lol.
“I’m not afraid!”
”You will be, you will be!”
Then during climactic fight, with lightsaber pointed directly in Luke’s face, his face looking of utter shock as he quakes with fear. Such a great duel, Vader just toying with him the entire time.
In Warhammer 40k, Earth is no longer called Earth, but Holy Terra; the Throneworld of the Imperium of Man and seat of the Master of Mankind, the God-Emperor Himself. Upon the Golden Throne His body wastes while His mind consumes 1000 souls a day to power the Astronomican that’s essential to the interstellar travel of His subjects and allows Him to hold back the Warp and its daemonic denizens, Anathema to its thirsting gods. Should he finally and ever perish for good, a bomb set in place by one of his demigod sons, the Primarch Vulkan, would annihilate Holy Terra and the Sol System, plunging humanity into the darkness of Old Night once again. Earth is most certainly the center of that verse simply because: the Emperor protects.
For the xenomorph topic, could be fun but I believe the Yuuzhan Vong could scratch that itch more sufficiently 🙂
Also, not all sci fi verses place Earth at the center. A perfect example would be Dune with Arrakis.
Well, I guess all I can add is that boss fight at the end of Jedi Academy makes me think twice about all dark playthroughs. A beating of epic proportions
^By the Force! Vader got a demotion!?! Sheev no longer pulling punches in his advanced years 🤪
On topic: I like the orbalisk armor for it utility in lightsaber combat, but the canon look ain’t half bad. The first is cool because it always reminds me of the scene on Ruusan (if memory serves) where he conjured the Force Wave that wiped the floor with some Jedi and then he scoffs at the Brotherhood for wasting the potential of the dark side. The 4th just seems typical Sith armor so meh 🫤
Oh this is priceless lol.

Nay, just passionate
SWTOR and JFO have prolly been some of the better entries in the open world category. I get the arguments for linear, but no matter how open the game is, there’s going to be that main quest line that’s more or less itemized list of tasks to trigger the end sequence. Though SWTOR is a tad more structured as each planet is free to explore and some crossover to opposite factions but basically each have character and faction quest line plus various side quests until the endgame’s repeatable dailies/weeklies for resource grinding to make endgame builds. The expansions were definitely much more linear lol. JFO follows a hybrid Fromsoft/Square Enix model in that you explore without much guidance but will still be hampered by item requirements or certain story junctures for full exploration to be possible. Main limitation for that one to me was its number of planets to explore being so small
Always liked the LotR fandom’s name too: The One Wiki to Rule Them All lol.
But reading in this fandom always adds an extra feel of chummin with Chewbacca lol
“Not as clumsy or random as a blaster; an elegant weapon for a more civilized age.”
Maybe a Satele Shan show…
Season 1: her tutelage under Darach.
Season 2: first episode be the Sith return to Korriban and the course of the rest and next Season or two be the Great Galactic War.
Then follow-up with a season of her establishing the Order again on Tython with the Cold War in the background.
Haven’t touched that game lol.
Objectively pointless as a genuine demonstration of the hubris found in many modern filmmakers or show-runners. An express desire showcase a story that has already been told or in no need of extra fluff.
Subjectively speaking it had its moments of being entertaining for all the wrong reasons or, in brief moments, for being a reflection of what the Star Wars brand is at its core: lightsabers, the Force, and blasters galore 🙂
Gameplay was phenomenal but neither ending felt emotionally satisfying. Either dead or a slave to Palpatine, woot. Lol
