I think the most interesting interaction would be Plagueis because he's Sideous' former master. It would be cool to see Vader learning about his master and learning how he became the man he is and his weaknesses. This would make it much more interesting when Vader plots to overthrow Sideous.
Does Snoke count?
That's a tough one for me, but I personally really like the imposing force that is Darth Vader.

Ngl, The Emprorer's Fist goes hard
I really enjoyed Darth Bane: Path of Destruction. It's a good look into how the Sith became what they are in the modern era of Star Wars, besides just being an enjoyable book with good characters and interesting conflict.
Star Wars: Jedi Alliance for the DS. I loved that game when I was a kid.

Just finished reading Path of Destruction and, I gotta say, Lord Kaan was one my least favorite of the Sith Lords in the book. He is the reason for the demise of the entirety of the Sith, whether for good or for bad.
When Luke found out Leia was his sister
Honestly, it would have been an interesting change of pace to have the protagonist sacrifice themselves for the good of others. It's not like this hasn't been done before, but not in a Star Wars movie (not counting Rogue One). We've seen the villain die for the hero, i.e. Vader in Return of the Jedi, but we haven't seen the hero die for the villain (just because Obiwan looks like Jesus doesn't make the Bible canonical).
Just saying, I'm always going to have a bias towards Padme because Natalie Portman is hot.
I'm legit surprised more people chose RotS than ESB.
I played Jedi: Fallen Order, then watched Tarkovsky's Clone Wars.
I'm glad nobody said "her lightsabers are stolen"
It's hard to tell because of the lighting
