I cannot pick. Growing up I loved the gritty look of Jabba's Palace but also loved the three pronged battle at the end.
I see, so the aim may be to do good but the emotion/desire to harness the dark side is a selfish desire.
In the example above where a dead master is brought to life, the aim was to save someone but it was the selfish need of not wanting someone to leave them that unleashed the power to do this.

I did read the Thrawn Trilogy (did start it) but our Star Wars RPG campaign was set during that period.
Dark Empire and Dark Empire 2 were amazing comics too! Loved that whole era.

My knowledge of Star Wars is slightly obsolete now because everything I knew is now, mostly, considered Legend.
Therefore, i have a couple of question:
Are Stormtroopers a mix of volunteers and clones?
Can a Stormtrooper ever be promoted to an officer and ditch the white armour for a grey Imperial uniform?
Is it possible for a dark side user not to be totally evil.
I know Ventriss helps Obi Wan at one point and I know that a dark side user would be an arse hole but are they capable of being semi-decent and even helping those in need? Or would any help be based on purely selfish reasons?
I am not 100% but yes a Sith is a dark Jedi. However, the Sith is a dark side religion, where they have one master and one apprentice.
A Dark Jedi is a Jedi who follows th Dark Side of the force, but may not necessarily be part of the Sith.
I am going for DJ, for The Last Jedi. Probably not the actual character, but more what he alluded to.
The fact that it cast the rebellion in shades of grey, in that they would deal with arm dealers who deal to both sides of the Galactic Civil War, was an interesting plot point which was not pursued.
The idea was in Rogue One and hopefully will be elaborated on in Andor.

I grew up with the original trilogy (episodes IV - VI) and have since watched the various other films and some of the series that have been made.
Overall, I think everything has been fairly well linked together without too many inconsistencies or plot holes but one thing I wondered, was whether it has ever been explained why Obi Wan refers to Yoda as the jedi who trained him in TESB.
Obviously, the reason is that the film was made about 19 years before TPM and Qui-Gon was not even a thing then! But I wondered if there was a Canon explanation?

The Imperial Forces set out to destroy their shield generator and take the base..... and they did.
Although Vader wanted Luke, so in that respect it failed.
As a kid, I always found it nerve racking when I thought about those in the command centre and operating the Ion Cannon when that alarm goes off stating that Imperial troops had entered the base. They are literally still at their desks sorting shit out knowing storm troopers are flooding in towards them.
Tales of the Jedi was the title of an old Dark Horse comic series (same iconography as has been used here).
I had some of them. Back then there had been no official prequels so that series acted as one of the few stories set during that period.
The Feedon Nadd Uprising was part of that series.
Nice how the title and idea has has been/adapted.
