I kinda find it strange that some of the best episodes for the Bad Batch don’t even focus on the Bad Batch themselves but rather the antagonists of the show or other characters outside of the main cast mainly because they’re the only ones that progress the plot.

I think the problem is that outside of the heist jobs Clone Force 99 get involved or the redundancy of them just mostly waiting around before changes occur during their struggle to evade the Empire, they're not really given much to do which leads to a lot of filler and repetition. More could’ve been them done flesh them out as people during the more quieter episodes but they still feel like caricatures.

[Spoilers Alert] Don’t look if you don’t want their appearance spoiled for the upcoming issue of the Thrawn Alliances comic adaption. A preview of Thrawn Alliances Issue #3 appears to show the First Legion of Stormtroopers fighting on an unknown ship against brute like aliens.

While it has yet to be officially confirmed, the appearance does appear to align with what’s been described of them in the book. They have tapered skulls, their armor is partially degraded (though in the lower half of their bodies), and are wielding projectile weapons (possibly lightening guns).

Sorry about my confusion but I've heard from fans that Darth Plagues and Palpatine were indirectly responsible for Anakin's conception through the force but what were circumstances for it in EU legends?

Did they just directly kidnap Shmi Skywalker and conduct tests or ancient rituals on her through the force or was it a completely separate event were Palpatine and Plagueis were just experimenting with the force from another planet but it went awry causing the force to create Anakin through Shmi as an act of providence because of the disturbance when they were messing with the dark side?

Palpatine mentioned in “Empires End” that he was sensing an unknown dark side presence that lied somewhere within the Unknown Regions (Most likely Exegol but that has yet to be confirmed).

However, he also mentioned that the Unknown Regions was barred from the known galaxy by a labyrinth of Solar Storms, Black Holes, Rogue Magnetospheres, and other hyperspace anomalies making navigation nearly impossible.

Not to mention, Palpatine was informed by the Chiss, Thrawn that evil threats such as nomadic pirates and other hostile alien races, were known to frequent this area of space (Possibly the Grysk or Vagaari Empire).

Following Palpatine’s death, many loyal imperials were given instructions to rendezvous with Palpatine’s Flag ship, the Eclipse and enter the unknown regions using coordinates extracted by his observatories which had found safe passage.

One of the imperials, Rey Sloan described having to navigate through Superstorms for months. She also mentioned encountering other anomalous activity within her voyage such as magnetic bursts of energy that caused temporary engine failures and witnesed unidentified creatures in the void (Possibly Summa Verminoths or Purrgils)

Those descriptions heavily match the information regarding the Red Honeycomb Zone which was mentioned by Rose Tico in the “Rise of Skywalker” to be a collection of superstorms and anomalies near the planet Exegol.

Even Kyo Ren and Rey had to navigate through the anomaly just to reach the Sith Planet.

So is it meant to be the same anomaly mentioned in other canon material? “The Rise of Skywalker” isn’t really my favorite Star Wars movie but this was one of the portions of Canon that generally fascinated me.

There are a lot problems I have with “The Last Jedi” but one of the smaller issues that doesn’t get talked about is how the First Order lets DJ go without repercussions despite his clear treachery.

As we all know, DJ was a ship thief who offered to help Fin and Rose infiltrate a First Order ship because they required a code breaker but his loyalty changed after he got caught and was offered a sum of money for information on the resistance.

‪I’m no military or Machiavellian expert, but Captain Phasma’s decision to compensate DJ and allow him to walk doesn’t make any sense to me from from a logical perspective. The only reason to do this is if he possessed qualities found within mercenaries or Bounty Hunters that could be of use to the First Order (which he did not have).

With the little information we’re given about the character in the movie, DJ was just a basic ship thief with hacking skills who just so happened to have information about their enemy’s mission. Something tells me that had this been the Empire, they would have never allowed an interloper to go free like that. I can’t imagine someone like Vader, Tarkin, or Thrawn ever permitting it. (Hell, I don’t think Kriea would’ve encouraged it)

As matter of fact, had this been the Empire, they probably would’ve tortured him for that info and have him executed afterwards.

For me, this kind of decision making really weakens the First Orders credibility as a threat especially if they have to rely on ship thieves, who are robbing them, for information.

In the DS game “The Clone Wars Jedi Alliance”, there’s a section in the game where a Bith asks 3PO to interpret his language so that he could report Jedi intruders to a MagnaGuard.

However by the players choice, 3PO has the option to purposely mistranslate him and inform the MagnaGuard that the Bith was threatening to have him melted down if he didn’t deal with his trivial matters. If you do this, it will end up getting the Bith killed.

Don’t know if this canon within the Legends continuity but if this actually happened, talk about savagery from 3PO.

Did anyone ever notice that Jar Jar was in ROTJ and that a stormtrooper is briefly depicted being attacked by a crowd of people on Corascant?

My opinion may be controversial to some of the fans but I’ve been kinda mixed on the most recent episodes for the Clone Wars.

I know Ashoka’s arc has just started but so far I haven’t been invested as the quality feels like filler.

My big gripe is that the sister characters are beginning to get on my nerves.

I just feel that both characters keep making recklessly dumb decisions that don’t help Ashoka in any way.

I’m also still questioning the decision to cut out the smuggler “Okami” when he’s been mentioned in the “Ashoka” novel.

So am I supposed to assume that he still exists in Canon but that Ashoka meets him in a different period of time or is the Novel going to

to be reprinted to fit these new characters?

I just watched ROTJ again and I noticed in the celebration sequence of what looked like twin suns in the background.

But in both Canon and Legends material, it has been stated that the planet orbited around only 1 star.

Is this a continuity mistake or is it something else?
